i think the writer was trying to convey the simplistic idea that prez is the title and the blog needing no words to state what was already implied in the meaning of the said word. hoping that the reader takes away the greater, deeper message that can effect and therefore have great affect in the reader and reader's close friends lives.
Train wreck/train reference--it all makes sense to me and I have a great family. If (and I mean IF) I were in a train wreck, I couldn't imagine another group of people I would rather be with than you. Maybe we shouldn't ride any trains anytime soon, though just to be safe.
